IS ORDERED THAT:

The
Rule Nisi issued on the 27^th day of March 2013 is hereby
confirmed as follows:

a)
The 1^st Respondent is hereby interdicted from disbursing
the sum of R1 516 349.85 (or the Pula equivalent thereof) to the 2^nd
Respondent or any other individual.

b)
The 1^st Respondent is hereby ordered to retain the said
sum pending the resolution of the dispute before the court in Case
No. CVHGB-000822-12.

c)
The 1^st Respondent and the 2^nd Respondent shall
be ordered to pay the costs of the application only in the event of
opposition.
